Bellevue,WA Commercial Certified Inspector

Commercial Maintenance Inspections
The purpose of preventative maintenance in any environment is to simply prevent failures. By preventing failures we can reduce the expenses incurred through the necessity of emergency repairs. Additionally the satisfaction of users and customers is generally adversely effected through outages or failures.
In the case of building structures, the effects of failures can compound very quickly. Water intrusion into a structure can cause structural damage or create conditions for organic growth resulting in environmental conditions exposing the property owner to unneeded liability and risk.
By starting a independent preventative maintenance program, your company can reduce risk of liability by fixing safety concerns and showing due diligence for maintenance which can carry great weight should an injury occur.
What we can do to assist?
Our goal is to find “Things that are not normal” and determine the cause. This allows the property owner to decide if corrective actions will be undertaken. Serving Bellevue ans Seattle,WA areas.Pacific Northwest Inspections Group,LLC

AHERA Asbestos Inspection Seattle

Asbestos & Demolition Commercial / Residential
Asbestos is a naturally occurring mineral (magnesium silicate) fiber that has been widely used in many construction materials and manufactured products, from insulation to vinyl flooring to spray-on "popcorn" ceilings. Left undisturbed and in good condition, these products can perform as intended. Problems arise, however, when they deteriorate and fall apart or are disturbed through the actions associated with demolition and renovation. These activities can cause asbestos to break down into tiny fibers that become airborne, are easily inhaled, and settle deep into the lungs. Medical research tells us that asbestos fibers can cause lung cancer, asbestosis, or mesothelioma, a related terminal cancer of the tissue lining the chest cavity, several years after inhalation.

That's why asbestos is classified as a hazardous air pollutant by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and why demolition and renovation projects must comply with certain asbestos requirements before they begin. For a certified inspector call 425.608.9553
